Mr. P. G Choudhari is a practicing advocate since 1966. He joined law and judiciary department of Pune as Judicial Magistrate First class in 1972 and got elevated as Civil Judge Senior Division and Chief Judicial Magistrate in 1980. He got promoted as an Additional District Judge and Additional Sessions Judge in the year in 1988. He retired as a District Judge of Kolhapur division in October 1988 and since then he’s acting as practicing lawyer in civil and criminal matters in the District courts of Pune and Mumbai High Court.
Mr. Choudhari has achieved prominence in the field of Arbitration and Banking. He has been stalwart in adjudicating more than 5,500 Arbitration matters. He has been the Arbitrator in the cases instituted by Shri Finance Transport Company, Cholamadalam Investment and Finance Co Ltd. He has voluminous and capacious knowledge in the field of law owing to years of his experience especially in the sectors of Arbitration, Banking & Finance. He has also chaired as the President of Pune Arbitration International Centre in the year 2014.
