With extensive international exposure, she specializes in corporate, regulatory and compliance laws and regulations of countries like United Kingdom, United States of America, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka, Brazil and India with a distinctive focus on expansion and greenfield projects. Majoring in banking and finance, Manisha went on to complete her Bachelors in Law and subsequently her Masters in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. In addition, she also holds diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution System and Intellectual Property Rights. She has undergone intensive training for six months in United States Laws and Court Procedures and has executed legal research in USA laws and litigation support. She was instrumental in winning a patent infringement lawsuit in the United States. She has spearheaded liaising operations and due-diligence at various mergers, acquisitions and transactions.
A key area where Manisha has brought to the forefront successful results has been in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO). She has been the Profit Centre Head for LPO verticals and has driven the same through innovation, expansion in developing markets and optimizing operations.
